User Agreement

Terms Acceptance

By accessing or utilizing the services provided through mafia-casinos.ca, the User hereby acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This Agreement shall constitute a binding contract between the User and Mafia Casino, a gaming entity registered at Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, operating under license ALSI-152406028-FI2. Continued use of the platform shall be deemed conclusive evidence of acceptance of all contractual obligations herein specified.

Website Usage

Users are granted limited, non-exclusive access to the platform for lawful gaming activities only. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: unauthorized access to restricted areas, transmission of malicious code, fraudulent transactions, money laundering, collusion with other players, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any conduct that may compromise platform integrity. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately upon detection of violations. All gaming activities must comply with applicable jurisdictional laws and regulations governing online gambling operations.

Intellectual Property

All proprietary content, including but not limited to software applications, graphical interfaces, trademarks, copyrighted materials, trade secrets, and gaming algorithms, remains the exclusive property of Mafia Casino and its licensors. Users are expressly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works based upon any proprietary materials. Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and pursuit of legal remedies. Limited usage rights are granted solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes within the platform's intended functionality.

Legal Disclaimer

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for particular purposes, or non-infringement. The Operator disclaims all liability for service interruptions, technical malfunctions, data loss, or gaming outcomes. Users acknowledge that gambling involves inherent risks and that past performance does not guarantee future results. Liability Limits

The Operator's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall total liability exceed the amount deposited by the User within the preceding thirty days. Consequential, incidental, punitive, or indirect damages are expressly excluded. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator against all claims, losses, or expenses arising from User conduct, breach of terms, or violation of third-party rights. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which claims are based, including negligence or breach of contract.

Legal Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Union of Comoros. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Anjouan. Users hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full effect.
